Complaint Resolution Policy

Py4 is dedicated to providing you the highest quality CE courses and service. In order to achieve this goal Py4 has implemented a complaint resolution policy to resolve any issues or concerns.

Any complaint should include your name and contact information as well as a detailed description of the complaint and any action you would like us to take to resolve your complaint.

All complaints will be reviewed by our Director of CPE, Neal M. Snow PhD. Neal can be reached directly via email at neal@py4.work or at 513-334 -6622.
